01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8bgame ("8bgame", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8bgame website located at https://8bgame.bet and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein (collectively, "the Service").

By creating an account on 8bgame, accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full;
• You understand these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them;

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 8bgame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 8 bgame strictly prohibits access to persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process and may be requested at any point during your use of the Service.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapable by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing 8bgame is lawful in your jurisdiction. 8bgame does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service in a restricted territory.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 8bgame services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

8bgame operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other registered payment method);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

8bgame reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account closure.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You must notify 8bgame promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active 8bgame account. If 8bgame identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts will be suspended. Balances on secondary accounts are not eligible for withdrawal.

04 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8bgame username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or access another player's account under any circumstances.

8bgame will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from 8bgame and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at [email protected].

You agree to notify 8bgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 8bgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of a security breach is deemed to have been authorised by you.

8bgame offers two-step SMS OTP verification as an additional security layer. You are strongly encouraged to enable this feature from your account security settings.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

8bgame accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If 8bgame determines that a deposit originated from a payment source not registered to the account holder, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Satisfactory completion of KYC verification;
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the balance being withdrawn;
• Confirmation that the withdrawal method is registered in the account holder's name;
• Any applicable minimum withdrawal amounts as displayed in the account dashboard.

8bgame aims to process all eligible withdrawal requests within one business day for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method. 8bgame is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the platform. 8bgame does not apply hidden currency conversion fees to PKR transactions.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

8bgame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game contributions.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 8bgame promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted;
• 8bgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players;
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements may not be withdrawn;
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting exploiting promotional terms, or coordinated wagering — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension;

07 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 8bgame are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market type. These rules are published within the relevant sportsbook section and may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in event format, officiating standards, or market availability.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

8bgame reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by players whose accounts have been identified as engaging in systematic exploitation of pricing errors. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation within the platform interface. 8bgame is not responsible for bets that were not successfully registered due to connectivity issues on your end.

7.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published in error — whether due to a technical fault, a human error, or a data feed failure — 8bgame reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. 8bgame will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.

7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport rules, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for PSL matches, cricket internationals, and other featured events are detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including PSL matches, international cricket, and major football leagues. In-play odds are updated in real time and 8bgame may suspend markets at any point during an event without notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension will stand unless the underlying event is voided under the applicable rules.

08 Casino Rules

All casino games available on 8bgame — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and game shows — are governed by the rules specific to each game as displayed within the game interface. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games and by physical dealing procedures for live dealer titles.

8bgame does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific casino game or live table. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or the decisions of third-party game studio providers may affect game availability at any time. If a live casino game session is interrupted due to a platform technical fault, 8bgame will endeavour to restore the session or, where this is not possible, settle the round fairly based on available data.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and casino games are published within each game's information panel. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions or players.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8bgame and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted for standard users;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider trading in connection with bets placed on 8bgame;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;

• Acting in any manner that 8bgame reasonably considers to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

8bgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances where applicable, and report relevant matters to appropriate authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8bgame platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the property of 8bgame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform without 8bgame's prior written consent;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform;
• Use any 8bgame trademarks, service marks, or trade names without explicit written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by any means.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Responsible Gaming
